Lordship	Command was given to the
agt	sherr. of Kent County on the 24th day
Charles Smith	of June in the 24th year of Our
(Shrewsbury parish)	dominion &c in the year of Our

Lord 1738 that he should take Charles Smith of Shrews:
:bury parish If he should be found in his Bailwick and
him safe keep so that he have his body before the
Justices of Our next County Court to be held at our Court
house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third
tuesday of August next to answer unto a presentment for
Concealing a Tax And that the said sherr. have at the time
and place afd the said Writt &c
And now here to wit at Kent County Court at the Court house
in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday of
August being the fifteenth day of said month in the year of Our
Lord seventeen hundred thirty and eight Cometh William
Harris Gent. sherr. of Kent County and made return thereof
to the Court here thereon Indors'd as fol. Viz^t.

Kent County fs^t Be it remembered that Tench Francis
Gent. Attorney of the Right Honourable the Lord prop^ry that
