So the bill was re-committed to the committee on Educa-
tion.

Mr. Harrington, from the committee on Corporations, re-
ported favorably on the following bills:

A bill entitled, an act to provide for the formation of cor-
porations for the building of a railroad in Caroline county;

A bill entitled, an act to incorporate the American Im-
provement Company;

A bill entitled, an act amendatory of an act, passed at
December session, 1849, chapter 325, entitled, a supplement
to an act entitled, an act to incorporate the Cumberland
Savings Institution.

The bill entitled, an act to amend an act, passed at De-
cember session, 1849, chapter 358, entitled, an act to incor-
porate the Union Plank Road and Turnpike Company,

Was read the second time, by special order, the third time,
and passed by yeas and nays, as follow:
