A bill entitled, an act to confirm and make valid a certain
deed therein mentioned, from Eleanor Hardey to William H.
Hardey;

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays;"
Which was read the first time, and referred to the commit-
tee on Judiciary.

The Sergeant-at-arms was sent after the absent members.

On motion of Mr. Mackubin,

Further proceedings under the call were dispensed with;
And said bill was laid over informally.
