On motion of Mr. Lynch, of Baltimore county,
The rules were suspended, and leave was granted to the
Baltimore city and county delegations, to report a bill to con-
summate the division of the joint property of the city and
county of Baltimore.
On motion of Mr. Lynch, of Baltimore county,
The rules were suspended, and leave was granted to the
Baltimore county delegation to report a bill to incorporate the
"New Cut Turnpike Road Company of Baltimore county."
On motion of Mr. Alexander,
The bill entitled, an act appointing Commissioners to ena-
ble the American Bank to complete its organization under
the act of incorporation, passed at January session, 1856,
chapter 211, was reconsidered to its third reading.
Said bill was then read the third time, and passed by yeas
