On motion of Mr. Hearn,
Leave was granted to the Worcester delegation, to introduce
a bill providing for the election of an additional Supervisor of
the public roads in the first election district of Worcester coun-
ty, also for the election of an additional Constable in the se-
cond election district of said county.
On motion of Mr. Thruston,
Leave was granted to the committee on Corporations, to
bring in a bill to amend the charter of the Pickell Mining
Company.
On motion of Mr. Goldsborough,
Leave was granted to the Talbot county delegation, to intro-
duce a bill to authorise the clerk of the Circuit court for Talbot
county to copy portions of certain record books.
On motion of Mr. Hanway,
Leave was granted to the Harford delegation, to bring in a
bill to authorise the Trustees of Churchville congregation, in
Harford county, to hold certain real estate.
On motion of Mr. Goldsborough,
Leave was granted to the Talbot county delegation, to in-
troduce a bill to provide for a general index of judgments in
Talbot county.
On motion of Mr. Belt,
Leave was granted to the Prince George's county delega-
tion, to introduce a bill for the relief of Caleb S. Keech, ad-
ministrator of Thomas P. Turner, deceased, late deputy Sheriff
of Prince George's county.
On motion of Mr. Belt,
Leave was granted to the Prince George's county delega-
tion, to introduce a bill to amend an act passed at January
session eighteen hundred and fifty-six, chapter one hundred
and nineteen, entitled, an act for the relief of the securities on
the official bonds of Thomas H. Osborne, of Charles, former
collector for the third collection district of Prince George's
county.
On motion of Mr. Contee,
Leave was granted to the committee on Currency, to intro-
duce an act to prevent the circulation of notes or bills of a
denomination less than ten dollars, from and after the first
day of July eighteen hundred and fifty-eight; and of less de-
nomination than twenty dollars from and after the first day
of January eighteen hundred and fifty-nine.
