House, Messrs. Lynch, of. Baltimore county, Stirling, Root,
Grieves and Ford, of Baltimore county; We further propose
to empower the said proposed committee to examine into the
armory of St. Timothy's Hall;

Which was read, assented to, and sent to the Senate.

Mr. Spence introduced a bill entitled, An act to refund to
Lydia Knox, of Worcester county, a certain sum of money
erroneously paid into the Treasury;

Which was read the first time and referred to the commit-
tee on Claims.

Mr. Hobbs presented a bill entitled, An act to confer cer-
tain authority therein mentioned, upon the Board of Primary
School Inspectors for Frederick county;

Which was read the first time, and by special order the se-
cond and third times, three-fourths of the members concur-
ring, and passed by yeas and nays, as follows:

An act to make valid a deed from George Peters and James
Murray, Commissioners for opening streets, in the city of Bal-
timore, and Miles White to William N. Todd, bearing date
the second day of July, 1855, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore city, in liber E. D., No. 87, folio 420, &c;
