favorably on a Senate bill entitled, an act to provide for the
public execution of malefactors convicted and sentenced for
capital offences in Frederick county, within the limits of the
enclosed yard of the jail of said county; also,

Favorably on a bill entitled, an act to make valid the last
will and testament of John Pearce, late of Baltimore county,
deceased,
