Section 5 line 6, after the word "fund" insert "up to the
close of the fiscal year."

Section 5, lines 6 and 7, strike out the words "this Legis-
lature" and insert in lieu thereof the words "the next session
of the General Assembly."

on the Senate bill entitled, an act to continue in force the act
passed at January session, 1856, chapter 316, also the act
