Ordered, That Messrs. Welling and Wickes, chairmen
respectively of the committee on Library, and the committee
on Currency, be permitted to withdraw from said positions;
and that Mr. Welling, be and he is hereby appointed chair-
man of the committee on Currency, and that Mr. Wickes,
be and is hereby appointed chairman of the committee on
Library;
