favorably on a bill entitled, an act for the benefit of the legal
representative of Lilburn Williams, late a captain in the
army of the revolution;

Council of Baltimore, to license wagons, carts and other ve-
hicles to use the streets of Baltimore city ;

of the peace in the Fifteenth Election District in Frederick
county;

Mr. Stirling, chairman of the committee on Ways and
Means, reported favorably on the bill entitled, an act to waive
in favor of the Western Maryland Railroad Company, any
lien which the State may have on or to the Green spring
branch of the Baltimore and Susquehanna or Northern Cen-
tral Railroad Company;
