Leave was granted to the Baltimore city and county dele-
gation, to report a bill to provide for the inspection of Paving
Stone in Baltimore city;

On motion of Mr. Mackubin,

Leave was granted the Anne Arundel county delegation,
to bring in a bill to authorise the Commissioners of Anne
Arundel county to levy a sum of money on the taxable pro-
perty of said county, for the enlargement and repair of the
alms-house of said county;

On motion of Mr. Hanway,

Leave was granted to the committee on Judiciary, to bring
in a bill to provide for the issuing of writs of injunction in
cases where the judges are disqualified or unable to sit;

On motion of Mr. Allender,

Leave was granted to the Baltimore county delegation, to
introduce a bill fixing certain fees of the Sheriff of Baltimore
county;

On motion of Mr. Magruder,

Leave was granted to the committee on Judiciary, to intro-
duce a bill to make valid a deed from James J. Bourne and
wife to Littleton Johnson ;

Mr. Magruder offered the following order :

Ordered, That the petitions for and against the division of
Primary School District No. 19, in Anne Arundel county,
which were referred to the committee on Education, be refer-
red to the Anne Arundel county delegation;

Which was adopted.

On motion of Mr. Mackubin,

Leave was granted to the Anne Arundel county delegation,
to bring in a bill to incorporate Metropolis Lodge No. IT, of
the independent order of Odd Fellows of the State of Mary-
land ;

On motion of Mr. Mackubin,

Leave was granted to the Anne Arundel county delegation,
to bring in a bill to change the name of Evelyn Howard, of
Anne Arundel county, to Thomas Contee Bowie Howard;

On motion of Mr. Belt,

Leave was granted to the committee on Claims, to report a
bill for the relief Frederick Raine, of Baltimore city ;

On motion of Mr. Moore,

Leave was granted to the Somerset county delegation, to
introduce a bill granting the right to Josiah Owens, to build
a wharf out into the Nanticoke River at Sharptown, Somerset,
county;
