On motion of Mr. Hanway,
Leave was granted to the Harford county delegation, to
bring in a bill to provide for the building of a Court House,
in Belair, Harford county.
On motion of Mr. Kilgour,
Leave was granted to the Allegany county delegation, to
introduce a bill authorising the George's Creek Coal and Iron
Company to increase its rates of transportation over its Rail-
road.
On motion of Mr. Baker,
Leave was granted the Harford county delegation, to bring
in a bill to authorise the County Commissioners of Harford
county to adopt and use as evidence of the ownership of as-
sessable property in the said county for the purpose of taxa-
tion, the assessment lists now in the hands of the collectors.
On motion of Mr. Baker,
Leave was granted the Harford county delegation, to bring
