ably on the bill, entitled, an act to make valid a deed from
Thomas Warfield, late of Frederick county, deceased, to War-
field Simpson.

ported favorably on the bill entitled, an act to appoint an
additional constable in Election District No. 2, in Worcester
county;

overpaid by them into the Treasury of Maryland;
