Mr. Kidd proposed the following substitute for said order.
Ordered, That five thousand copies of the late Governors
Message, together with the correspondence between the Gov-
ernor and the Mayor of the city of Baltimore, be printed tor
the use of this House ;
Which was rejected.
Mr. Mackubin proposed to add at the end of said order, the.
words "which were adopted by a strict party vote ;"
Which was not assented to.
Mr. Belt moved to amend by striking" out "five thousand,"
and inserting "ten thousand;"
Which was not assented to.
Mr; Mackubin proposed the following amendment:
Add "all the proceedings of the House during the final
discussion of these resolutions;"
Which was not assented to.
