Baltimore, of certain funds and property to said Methodist
Preacher's Aid Society of the East Baltimore Conference.

Mr. Allender, from a select committee, reported favorably
on a bill entitled, an act for the benefit of the school fund of
Baltimore county;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Smith, of Baltimore county, reported favorably on a
bill entitled, an act to facilitate the collection of taxes in ar-
rears in Baltimore county;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Thruston, from the Allegany county delegation, re-
ported favorably on a bill entitled, an act to authorise the
Commissioners of Allegany county to reduce the assessment
of a tract of land in said county;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Clarke, from a special committee, reported favorably
on a bill entitled, an act to enlarge the powers of the Com-
missioners of the town of Easton, Talbot county;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Moore, from a special committee, reported favorably on
a bill entitled, an act to authorise Levin M. Wilson to settle
his accounts as guardian to Curtis A. Russel, and deliver over
the estate to the said ward;

Mr. Gray, from a select committee, reported favorably on
a bill entitled, a supplement to an act entitled, an act to incor-
porate a company to make a turnpike road from Hagerstown,
in Washington county, to the Pennsylvania line, passed Dec-
ember session, 1846, chapter 333.

Mr. Kilgour, from a select committee, reported favorably
on a bill entitled, an act to a further supplement to an act,
passed at December session, 1849, Chapter 177, entitled, an
act to reduce the rates of premiums on Wolf, Wild Cats and
Foxes' scalps, in Allegany county.

Mr. Stirling, from the committee on Ways and Means, re-
ported favorably on a bill entitled, an act for the relief of the
sureties of E. S. S. Young, former State tax collector of Caro-
