Mr. Ford, of Baltimore county, from a select committee,
reported favorably on a bill entitled, an additional supple-
ment to an act entitled, an act to provide for the speedy col-
lection of State and county taxes in Baltimore county, and
for other purposes, passed at January session, 1854, chapter
139:

Mr. Rogers moved that the House reconsider the order,
"That the use of the Hall of the House of Delegates be grant-
ed to the Maryland State Temperance Society, on the evening
of the 4th of February," offered by Mr. Smith, of Baltimore
city, and rejected by the House;
