A bill entitled, an act to make valid a deed from George
Peters and James Murray, Commissioners for opening streets
in the city of Baltimore, and Miles White to William N. Todd,
bearing date the second day of July, 1855, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore city, in Liber J. D.,
No. 89, folio 420, &c;

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays," with proposed
amendment.

Amendment Proposed.
At the end of the 9th line, section 1, add

"Provided, that nothing herein contained shall be con-
strued to prejudice the rights of any purchaser for valuable
consideration or any bona fide creditor whose interest, or rights
may have accrued since the execution and acknowledgment of
said deed."
