plement to an act to incorporate the Dulaney's Valley and
Towsontown Turnpike Company in Baltimore county :

Mr. Welling, from the committees on Currency, reported
unfavorably on a bill entitled, an act relating to the Banks
of this State.

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Wyville, from a select committee, reported favorably
on a bill entitled, an act to authorise the sale of the Tobacco
Warehouse at Piscataway, in Prince George's county, and to
apply the proceeds thereof;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Wyville, from a select committee, reported favorably
on a bill entitled, an act to empower the Commissioners of
Tax, of Prince George's county, to allow laborers working on
public roads in said county, a greater compensation ;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Hearn, from a select committee, reported favorably on
a bill entitled, an act to appoint an additional constable in
election district number 2, in Worcester county ;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Summers, from a select committee, reported favorably
on a bill entitled, an act to empower the board of commission-
ers of Washington county, to lay off a new election district to
be composed of part of election districts No. 3 and 4, in said
county, and to cause the polls thereof, to be held at Cunning-
ham's Cross Roads ;

Also, reported favorably on a bill entitled, a supplement to
an act to incorporate a company to make a Turnpike Road in
Washington county, from Hagerstown, in said county, to
Middleburg, on the Pennsylvania line, passed December ses-
sion 1849, chapter 241;

Which was read the first time,

Also, reported favorably on a bill entitled, a supplement to
an act to incorporate a company to make a Turnpike Road in
Washington county, commencing at the forks of the Hagers-
town and Leitersburg Turnpike Road in Washington county,
leading to the Pennsylvania line, passed December session
1847, chapter 160, and also, an act passed December session
1849, chapter 254 ;
