Ordered, That when this House adjourn, it adjourns to meet
Monday 12 o'clock;

Which was adopted.

The Secretary of the Senate presented the following bill:

An act authorizing the sheriff of Cecil county to summon a
panel of jurors, and return the same to an adjourned term of the
circuit court of Cecil county, to be held on the third Monday
of January, 1858.

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."

The rules were suspended, and the said bill was read the first
time, by special order, the second and third times, and passed by
yeas and nays, as follows:
