on a bill entitled, an act to authorize the Trustees of the
Bethel Presbyterian Church in Harford county, to hold cer-
tain real estate in said county for the use of said church;

Which was read the first time, by special order, the second
and third times, three-fourths of all the members concurring,

ers of Howard county, to allow supervisors and laborers work-
ing on the public roads in said county a greater compensa-

The rules were suspended, and he offered the following
order:

Ordered, That the special committee appointed by the City
Councils of Baltimore to present certain memorials to this
House be allowed seats upon the floor of the same.

Mr. Mackubin, moved to lay said order on the table;
