Leave was granted to the committee on Claims, to introduce
a bill for the relief of the sureties on the bond of Edward S.
L. Young, former State Tax Collector for Caroline county ;
On motion of Mr. Todd,
Leave was granted the committee on Corporations, to in-
troduce a bill incorporating the Farmers' and Planters' Bank,
of Caroline county ;
On motion of Mr. Thruston,
Leave was granted to the committee on Corporations, to
bring in a bill to incorporate the "Miller Coal Company."
On motion of Mr. Alexander,
Leave was granted to the committee on the Judiciary, to
report a bill to repeal the first section of an act entitled, an
act relating to the practice in Baltimore County Court, in cer-
tain cases, passed at December session 1844, chapter 5.
On motion of Mr. Thruston,
. Leave was granted to the committee on Corporations, to
bring in a bill to incorporate the "Hazlewood Coal Company."
On motion of Mr. Magruder,
Leave was granted to the committee on Claims, to intro-
duce a bill to pay Nathaniel Duke, late Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Calvert county, certain fees due him by the State.
