fees of the criers of the courts of Baltimore city;
Being upon its second reading,

A bill entitled, an act to carry into effect the will of Wil-
liam Brown, deceased, of the city of Baltimore;
Which was read the first time.
The bill entitled, an act to amend the act of 1858, chapter
20, entitled, an act to lay out and establish a new election
district out of Dames' quarter, District No. 4, in Somerset
county, to be called Tangier District, or flection District No.
15;
