So the House refused to adjourn.
Mr. Goldsborough offered the following :
Ordered, That the bill entitled, an act to incorporate the
Baltimore City Passenger Railway bill, better known as the
Brock bill, be made the order of the day for Friday morning,
9th inst., at 10½ o'clock, and continue until finally disposed
of, taking precedence of all other business through the even-
ing and night session.
