So the House refused to adjourn. Mr. Mackubin moved that the bill be now engrossed for a Mr. Gordon moved the previous question; The question then being, "Shall the main question be now put?" It was sustained; and The bill was ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. Mr. Morgan moved that the House do now adjourn. The yeas and nays being ordered, appeared as follow :
