the Elkton, Andora and Louisville Plank Road company;

The bill entitled, an act to compensate James T. Briscoe for
the trial of the case of William Billingsley and others vs.
the State of Maryland, in the Court of Appeals by appoint-
ment of the Governor;

The bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Miller's Island
company of Baltimore county;

The bill entitled, an act to grant the leave of the Legisla-
ture to the vestry of Zion Parish, in Prince George's county,
to dispose of their interest in the Bladensburg Episcopal par-
sonage and lot in said county;

The bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Wyoming Tribe
No. 37, Improved Order of Red Men of Uniontown, Mary-
land;

The bill entitled, an act to authorise the Comptroller of the
Treasury to adjust and settle the accounts of the inspectors of
grain in the city of Baltimore;

The bill entitled, an act to incorporate a company to con-
struct a turnpike road from Hagerstown to Ceafoss Cross
Roads, in Washington county;

The bill entitled, an act to authorise the trustees of the
Mount Pleasant School-house, near Bakersville, in Washing-
ton county, to sell the same and appropriate the funds to the
building of another school-house on the Bakersville Church
lot;

The bill entitled, an act to amend the code of public local
laws of Caroline county, relating to schools, by adding there-
to the following sections;

The bill entitled, an act to make valid a bill from Thomas
S. Herbert to William Chapman;

The bill entitled, an act to provide for the copying or tran-
scribing a record in the office of the register of wills in Mont-
gomery county;
