Somerset county, J. S. Inloes, John Clark, and Whitney &
Cushing, for services rendered and articles furnished the
State;

The bill entitled, an act to provide for making indexes to
the laud and other records in the clerk's office for Charles
county, and directing the county commissioners to levy by a
tax a sufficient sum to pay for the same;

The bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Rocks of Deer
Creek Turnpike company;

The bill entitled, an act to incorporate the trustees of the
Young Men's Christian Association of West Baltimore;

The bill entitled, an act to authorise the opening of a pub-
lic road in Howard and Montgomery counties;

The bill entitled, an act to amend the 7th section of article
33 of the code of public general laws, relating to the indigent
blind, and to make additional provisions for their instruc-
tion;

The bill entitled, an act to repeal the 49th, 56th, 69th,
73d and 77th sections, relating to primary schools in Howard
county, of article 13 of the public local laws, and to sub-
stitute therefor the following sections;
