The bill entitled, an act to make valid the proceedings of
the Circuit court for Washington county, sitting in equity,
in a case in which certain real estate of J. H. Kennedy, de-
ceased, was sold by order of said court;

The bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Westernport
Academy, of Allegany county;

The bill entitled, a supplement to an act entitled, an act to
incorporate the Elysville Manufacturing company;

The bill entitled, an act to incorporate a company to make
a turnpike road from the west end of Uniontown, in Carroll
county, to the completed terminus of the Westminster and
Hagerstown Turnpike road;
