A bill entitled, an act to authorise the trustees of primary
school district number twenty-three, in the 4th election dis-
trict of Caroline county, in their discretion to sell and dis-
pose of the old school house, formerly in primary school dis-
trict number twenty-three, in fourth election district of said
county, and apply the proceeds to the building of a new
school house in school district number twenty-three, in the
4th election district of said county;

A bill entitled, an act to compensate Ezekiel F. Chambers,
for professional services rendered the State, in the case of the
