Which was read the first time, and referred to the Mont-
gomery county delegation.

A bill entitled, an act to authorise the Comptroller to ad-
just the accounts of Henry M. Langley, and to allow as cre-
dits on the same all sums of money for which the State's
attorney may have receipted;

Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays;''

Which was read the first time, and referred to the committee
on Ways and Means.

A bill entitled, an act to authorise Thomas S. Saulsbury,
late sheriff of Caroline county, to collect out of the adminis-
trators of John Thawley, late collector of said county, the
execution costs due him as sheriff aforesaid, on the fieri facias
issued out of the Circuit court for Caroline county, at the
suit of of the State of Maryland;

Endorsed: "passed by yeas and nays."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Caro-
line county delegation.

A bill entitled, an act for the relief of Harriet Porter and
Miranda Porter, of Carroll county;

cles 6th and 17th of the code of public local laws relating to
the keeping of hogs in the village of Templeville, in Caro-
line and Queen Anne's counties;
