troduce a bill entitled, an act to amend the sixty-seventh sec-
tion, 30th article of the code of public general laws.

On motion of Mr. Maxwell,

Leave was granted the Cecil county delegation to introduce
a bill to authorise the commissioners of Cecil county to build
a bridge over Bohemia river.

Mr. Maxwell offered the following :

Ordered, That the committee on Claims be and they are
hereby authorised and directed to regulate the mileage, as to
allow those who are now entitled to it, the sum of one hun-
dred dollars, including the sum now allowed.

Mr. Jones, of Talbot, moved to lay said order on the table;
