Mr. Seth, from the minority of the committee on Oysters
and Fish, reported favorably on the bill entitled, an act to
repeal the 277th section of article 4th of the public local
laws relating to the inspection of fish in the city of Balti-
more;

Also, on the bill entitled, an act making appropriations
for building a steamer to prevent violations of the oyster and
fish laws;

Also, on the bill entitled, an act to add the following sec-
tion relating to the Comptroller, to article 22d of the code of
public general laws;

Also, on the bill entitled, an act to add the following sec-
tions relating to licenses to article 55th of the code of public
general laws;

Also, on the bill entitled, an act to amend the 1st section
relating to the taking of oysters of article 70th of the code
of public general laws;

Also, from the same committee, reported a majority report
favorably on the bill entitled, an act to amend the 4th article
of the code of public local laws by adding thereto the follow-
ing sections relating to measuring oysters in the city of Bal-
timore;

Which were severally read the first time.
