Also, submitted the following report, on so much of the
Governor's Message as relates to Oysters; and,

On motion,
Five hundred copies were ordered to be printed.

Mr. Freaner, from a select committee, reported favorably
on the bill entitled, an act to amend the 11th article of the
code of public general laws by adding to the 18th section the
following;

Also, on the bill entitled, an act to add the following sec-
tions to article 11th of the code of public general laws relat-
ing to State's attornies;

Also, on the bill entitled, an act to amend the 68th article
of the code of public general laws relating to officers by add-
ing thereto the following section;

Which were severally read the first time.

The bill entitled, an act to amend the 255th and 275th sec-
tions of article 21st of the code of public local laws so far as
the same relates to public schools in Washington county;

Was read the second time, and by special order the third
time, and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
