The bill entitled, an act to change the name of the Asso-
ciated Professors of Saint Mary's College, in the city of Bal-
timore, to that of the Associated Professors of Saint Mary's
Seminary, in Baltimore city, and to confirm to the said cor-
poration, by its new name, all the rights and privileges held
and enjoyed under the old name;

Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays."

Also, delivered the following Senate bills:

A bill entitled, an act to incorporate the State Bank;
