buoys moored in the Chesapeake by the insurance companies
of Baltimore, by extending the same to buoys or beacons
placed in the waters of the Chesapeake bay and its tributaries
by the United States Light House Board;

article 38 of the code of public general laws, relating to the
fees of officers;
Also, on the bill entitled, an act to amend the 41st section of
article 50 of the code of public general laws, relating to jus-
tice of the peace;

of arrearages of taxes in Baltimore county;
Which were severally read the first time.
Also, on Senate bill entitled, an act to make valid and effectu-
ate the official acts and proceedings of Robert S. D. Jones,
a justice of the peace of the 8th election district of Anno
Arundel county;
Mr. Legg, from a select committee, reported favorably on
Senate bill entitled, an act to add the following sections, re-
lating to the keeping of hogs in the village of Sudlersville,
in Queen Anne's county, to article 17 of the code of public
local laws;
Also, on Senate bill entitled, an act to amend sections 114,
115, 116, 121, 126, 127 and 120, relating to schools in Queen
Anne's county, of article 17 of the code of public local
laws;
Mr. Griffith, from a select committee, reported favorably on
Senate bill entitled, an act to amend article 15, sections 51, 52,
53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64 and 65 of the
public local laws, relating to schools in Montgomery county;

ker, late collector of taxes in the fifth election district of
Montgomery county, further time to complete his collections;

Senate bill entitled, an act for the relief of the illegitimate
children of Isaac Henry and Elizabeth Williams, of Dorchester
county;
Mr. Jones, of Talbot, from a select committee, reported fa-
