The Secretary of the Senate returned the bill entitled, an
act to incorporate the Washington County Railroad company;
Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays;"
And delivered the following Senate bills:

A bill entitled, an act to make valid a deed from John W.
Conoway and Ann, his wife, to Martin R. Ford;

Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays;"

Which was read the first time, and referred to the com-
mittee on the Judiciary.

Also, a bill entitled, an act to make valid a deed from Jo-
seph Trimble and William C. Haveland, trustees to Rebecca
Smith:

Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays;"

Which was read the first time, and referred to the commit-
tee on the Judiciary.

Also, a bill entitled, an act for the benefit of James E.
Dillen, late sheriff of Queen Anne's county;

Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays;"

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Queen
Anne's county delegation.

Also, a bill entitled, an act to renumber the primary school
districts in Kent county;

Endorsed "passed by yeas and nays;"

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Kent
county delegation.

Also, a bill entitled, an act to allow John T. Baker, late
collector of taxes in the 5th election district of Montgomery
county, further time to complete his collections;

gomery county delegation.

Also, a bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Mispillion
and Choptank Railroad company;

mer for professional services rendered under appointment of
