On motion of Mr. Burgess,
The House adjourned until 7½ o'clock this evening.

EVENING SESSION, 7½ o'clock.

The House met. Present at the call of the roll the follow-
ing members:

The Senate bill entitled, an act to appoint commissioners to
erect a new court-house and fire-proof record office in Kent
county;
