devised by the last will and testament of Elizabeth Davis,
late of Montgomery county, to Catharine W. Bowie and her
children;

gomery county delegation.

A bill entitled, an act to enable James Murray to complete
his collections as late commissioner of the land office;

Which was read the first time, and referred to the commit-
tee on Ways and Means.

A bill entitled, an act to authorise the Comptroller to ad-
just the accounts of Henry M. Langley, collector of State
taxes for the 1st election district of St. Mary's county, for
the year 1851, and to allow as credits on the same all sums
of money for which the State's attorney has receipted for;

turnpike road from Libertytown, in Frederick county, to in-
tersect the Woodsborough and Frederick Turnpike road at
