more city delegation.

A bill entitled, a supplement to an act passed at January
session, 1856, chapter 50, entitled, an act amendatory of an
act entitled, an act to incorporate the Maryland and Delaware
Railroad company, passed at January session, 1854, chapter
274, granting extension of said railroad, and other privi-
leges;

Which was read the first time, and referred to the com-
mittee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an act to appoint commissioners to erect a
new court-house and fire-proof offices in Kent county;

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Kent
county delegation.

A. bill entitled, an act for the relief of the illegitimate chil-
dren of Isaac Henry and Elizabeth Williams, of Dorchester
county;

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Dor-
chester county delegation.

A bill entitled, an act to authorise the Comptroller to
adjust the accounts of Philip G. Love, collector of State
taxes for the 4th and 5th election districts of St. Mary's coun-
ty for the year of 1859, and to allow as credits on the same
all sums of money for which the State's attorney has receipt-
ed for;

Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays;"

Which was read the first time, and referred to the St.
Mary's county delegation.

A bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Union Express
company;

Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays;"

Which was read the first time, and referred to the com-
mittee on Corporations.

A bill entitled, an act to make valid and effectuate the
official acts and proceedings of Robert S. D. Jones, a justice
of the peace of the 8th election district of Anne Arundel
county;
