Mr. Gordon, from the same committee, reported favorably
on the bill entitled, an act for the establishment of the south-
eastern and northwestern boundary lines between this State
and the State of Virginia, and making further appropriation
to complete the survey and marking of the same;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Goldsborough, from the committee on Corporations,
reported favorably on Senate bill entitled, an act amendatory
of an act entitled, an act to incorporate the Mutual Fire In-
surance company in Baltimore county, passed at December
session, 1849, chapter 213;

Also, on House bill entitled, an act to incorporate Saint
Vincent's Infant Asylum, in the city of Baltimore;

Also, on the bill entitled, an act to amend the act passed at
January session, 1854, chapter 245, entitled, an act to incor-
porate the Towsontown Land company;

Also, on the bill entitled, a supplement to the first section
of an act entitled, an act to incorporate the Junior Fire
company of Frederick city, in Frederick county, passed
March, 1839, chapter 303;

Also, on the bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Mount
Clare George's Creek Coal company;

Which were severally read the first time.

Mr. Brining, from a select committee, reported favorably
on the bill entitled, an act to change the name of Anna Eliza-
beth Blowmenour to Anna Elizabeth Dumbaugh;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Johnson, from a select committee, reported favorably
on the bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Mechanicstown
Savings' Institution;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Worthington, from a select committee, reported favor-
ably on the bill entitled, an act to add a new section relating
to justices of the peace, to article three of the code of public
local laws;

Which was read the first time, and referred to the com-
mittee on the Judiciary.

Also, on the bill entitled, an act to make valid a bill of
Bale from Thomas S. Herbert to William Chapman;

Which was read the first time, and referred to the com-
mittee on the Judiciary.
