On motion of Mr. Freaner,
Leave was granted the Washington county delegation to
introduce a bill to amend the twenty-first article of the code
of public local laws, by adding thereto new sections.
On motion of Mr. Miller,
Leave was granted the Cecil county delegation to introduce
a bill to authorise the commissioners of the town of Charles-
town, in Cecil county, to sell and convey any part of the
public grounds reserved for a fair in said town.
On motion of Mr. McCleary,
Leave was granted the committee on the Judiciary to intro-
duce a bill to amend the 12th section of article 38 of the code
of public general laws, relating to the fees of officers.
