bill entitled, an act for the relief of Samuel Scott of Prince
George's county;

Which was read the first time, and referred to the commit-
tee on Claims.

Mr. Medders, from a special committee, reported favor-
ably on the Senate bill entitled, an act to repeal the 193d
section, chapter 14 of the public local laws of Kent county;

Also, on Senate bill entitled, an act to repeal section
191, chapter 14 of the code of public local laws of Kent
county;

Also, on Senate bill entitled, an act to appoint and
authorise certain persons in Kent county, to purchase real
