the revenue of this State, from certain sales by auction in the
city of Baltimore;                                                         

Which was read the first time.            

Also, on the bill entitled, an act to prevent abuses by
municipal corporations in this State;

Which was read the first time, and referred to the com-
mittee on the Judiciary.

Mr. Quinlan, from the select committee, reported favorably
on the bill entitled, an act relating to the eleventh election
district of Baltimore county;                       

Which was read the first time.

Also, on the bill entitled, an act to amend the 97th section
of the 3d article of the code of public local laws relating to
flections in Baltimore county, by directing that elections
shall be held at such places as shall or may hereafter be
established by law;                                                               

Which was read the first time, and by special order a sec-
ond and third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follow: .
