Leave was granted the committee on Corporations to intro-
duce a bill to incorporate the Union Rosini Association, of
Baltimore city.                                                       

On motion of Mr. McAllister,

Leave was granted the committee on Corporations to intro-
duce a bill to incorporate the Orphans' Home, of the city of
Baltimore.

Mr. Mackubin offered the following:

Ordered, That the committee on Claims be directed to al-
low to each of the witnesses who have been or may be here-
after summoned by the committee on Elections, two dollars
as mileage, and a per diem of three dollars, upon presenta-
tion of the certificate of the chairman of the committee.
