A bill entitled, a further additional supplement to an act enti-
tled, an act to incorporate a Company for the purpose of cutting
and making a canal between the river Delaware and the Chesa-
peake Bay, passed at November session, 1799, chapter 16; to
enable said Company to create a mortgage and to make valid cer-
tain proceedings therein mentioned;

Severally endorsed "passed by yeas and nays."
The order of the day being

A bill entitled, an act to incorporate the Mutual Insurance Com-
pany of Charles county;                              

Was read the second time; and

Three fourths of the members concurring, was read the third
time and passed by yeas and nays as follows:
