tled, an act to incorporate a Company for the purpose of cutting
and making a canal between the river Delaware and the Chesa-
peake Bay, passed at November session, 1799, chapter 16; to
enable said Company to create a mortgage and to make valid cer-
tain proceedings therein mentioned;

The Joint Committee on printing beg leave to report that they
have contracted with Abram Requa, Agent of the American Pub-
lishing Association, and Thomas J. Wilson, for the printing of
one thousand copies of the Acts and Resolutions, passed at the
