present session of the General Assembly, on paper at least equal
in quality to that on which the Laws of the session of eighteen
hundred and fifty-four were printed; at the rate of one dollar and
seventy-five cents per page, of 1650 ems, the said copies to be
delivered in sheets to the State Librarian, within fifty days after
the adjournment of the Legislature.

And the said Abram Requa Agent of the American Publishing
Association, and Thomas J. Wilson, have entered into bond to
the State of Maryland, in the penalty of one thousand dollars,
conditioned for the proper and faithful performance of their con-
tract.

The Committee further report, that they have contracted with
Nicholas Brewer of John, for preparing an index to the Acts and
Resolutions, and supervising the proof-sheets of the same, for the
sum of one hundred and twenty five dollars, and for indexing
the public documents of the present session for the sum of fifty
dollars.

All of which is respectfully submitted,

Which was read and adopted.           

A bill entitled, an act to extend to the personal representatives
of Absalom Tennison, deceased, late a tax collector in Charles
county, further time to complete his collections,
