Mining Company to George W. Kildow;

Was read the first time.

On motion of Mr. Goldsborough,

The rules were suspended to enable him to offer the following
order;                                             

Ordered, That when the Ladies visit this House for the purpose
of hearing the debates, the Doorkeeper be requested to have the
seats on the left of the door in the Lobby appropriated to their
