A bill entitled, an act to make valid a deed from the Llangollen
Mining Company to Michael Halfpenny ;

A bill entitled, an act to lay out and establish a new election
district in Carroll county, to be called District No. 11, or New
Windsor District;                                                 

A bill entitled, an act to authorize the commissioners of Wash-
ington county, to levy a sum of money therein mentioned for the
support of the public schools of said county,

A bill entitled, an act to authorize the county commissioners of
Frederick county, to change the public road leading from Urbanna
to Frederick, from a point about one mild west of Urbanna, in
said county, to a point on said road, near William Tasker's
house, and to appropriate the sum of two thousand dollars for
making said change;

A bill entitled, an act appropriating a sum of money to pay
Thomas Harbine, for services rendered the State, in the trial of
the case of the State against John Spait, in the Circuit Court of
Frederick county,

A bill entitled, an act to make valid a deed from James L.
Dyson, Margaret Dyson, Gared F. Dyson, and O. W. Dyson, to
William E. Burtles;

A bill entitled, an act to make valid a deed from the Llangol-
len Mining Company to Patrick McGuire;

A bill entitled, an act to authorize the county commissioners of
St. Mary's county to levy a sum of money upon the assessable
property of said county, for the erection of a county jail;

A bill entitled, an act making an appropriation of money to de-
fray the expenses of the surveys necessary under the acts passed
January session 1852, chapter 60, and 272, authorizing the run-
ning and making of the State boundary lines therein mentioned;

Severally endorsed "passed by yeas and nays."

Mr. Kennedy, chairman of the Committee on Ways and Means
reported a bill entitled, an act making appropriations for the sup-
port of the Government for the year ending on the 1st day of Jan-
uary 1858;                         

Also, a bill entitled, an act making appropriations for the sup-
port of the Government for the present year ending on the 1st
day of January 1857;

Also, a bill entitled, an act to provide for removing of sediment
from the State's wharf, on Pratt, street, in the city of Baltimore;
