proposing a Joint Committee to consider, during the recess of
of the Legislature, the report of the Commissioners appointed to
codify the laws of this State.

We concur in your proposition, and have appointed, on the part

county.

A bill entitled, an act to appoint an additional Magistrate in
Jackson District, Frederick county.

A bill entitled, an act to authorise the County Commissioners
of Frederick county, at their discretion to construct a bridge
across Tom's Creek in Frederick county.

A bill entitled, an act to pay Coroner's fees quarterly.

A bill entitled, an act to empower Israel C. O'Neal, late sheriff
of Frederick county further time to complete his collections.
