Cases from the Criminal Court of Baltimore city, to the Circuit
Courts of Anne Arundel and Howard counties,

A bill entitled, a supplement to an act entitled, an act for the
promotion of Internal Improvements, passed at December Ses-
sion, 1835, chapter 396;

The rules were suspended to allow him him to offer the follow-
