Mr. Plowden, from a select committee, reported favorably upon
a bill entitled, an act to establish an additional Election District"
in St. Mary's county;

Which was read the first time.                             

Mr. Dorsey reported a bill entitled, an act to limit the places
for retailing certain articles in the city of Baltimore;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Whitby, from a select committee, reported favorably upon
a bill entitled, an act for the benefit of Denton Primary School
District, in the Second Election District of Caroline county;

Which was read the first time.

Mr. Davis reported a bill entitled, an act amendotory of an act
entitled, an act to encourage the destruction of Foxes in Freder-
ick county, by increasing the allowance for killing them;

Which was read the first time,

Mr. Frazier, from the Committee on Claims, reported a bill

entitled, an act to refund to Amos Osborn, Collector of the 2nd

District in Harford county, certain moneys overpaid by him into

the treasury;

Which was read the first time.             

Mr. Frazier, from the Committee on Claims, reported favorably
on a bill entitled, an act for the relief of the Commissioners of
Montgomery county;

Mr. Frazier, from the Committee on Claims, reported a bill
entitled, an act to appropriate a sum of money to pay William
Price, Samuel Tyler and Frederick Stone, for services as Com-
missioners appointed to revise, simplify and abridge the rules of
practice, pleadings, forms of conveyancing, and proceedings of
the Courts of this State;

Which was read the first time.                              

Mr. Miller reported a bill entitled, an act to change the name
of Lydia Ann Bryan, of Cecil county, to the name of Lydia Ann
Slayter;                                                                                               

Which was read the first time.
